Analysis & optimization Analysis of actual plan deviations (termines, quantities, capacities)
Introduction of appropriate countermeasures to ensure delivery dates
Reduction of short-term plan changes and shutdowns and bottlenecks
Data & Systems Ensuring high planning and master data quality in the ERP/PPS system
Transparent communication of risks, bottlenecks and plan deviations at relevant interfaces

Competence Understanding injection moulding processes, capacity planning and material flows
