In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Team Lead Principles Construction and Operation High Voltage (m/w/d) at the Demmin site at the next time possible.

As a team leader, you will be passionate about the challenging leadership task, discover talents and inspire, encourage and support your team staff. You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of your employees, e.g. through regular feedback and support offers and constantly develop your employees and identify further development needs and tune training measures in this course. You use the team goals derived from the company's goals and control the measures to implement and control the goals. Your responsibility also includes the development and definition of principles for the construction, operation and maintenance of high-voltage systems and high-voltage lines. Your tasks include the coordination of quality assurance in the HS network including the technical guidance of the operating areas. You take over the role of the technical guiding force high voltage. You operate active interface management, professional exchange and coordination of team- and organizational tasks and processes. You participate in cultural development and change management processes, e.g. in the co-design of a competitive working environment. You are actively involved in specialist committees, specialist associations and group work groups and actively shape the rules and processes of the future.

You have successfully completed your studies (FH/Uni) in electrical engineering or industrial engineering a comparable qualification. You can demonstrate professional and practical experience in the energy industry, preferably in the field of high voltage. Experiences in the management of process-oriented organizational units as well as complex projects will help you. Organizational action and business sense both distinguishes you as well as strategic thinking. You have strong communication skills, enforcing strength, self-initiative, stress resistance and persuasiveness, and you are keen to decide. Looking over the edge of the plate, questioning yourself in everyday life and reflecting your own leadership style is self-employed for you.
