Shift leader in production / shift leader (m/w/d)

You are guided, well-organized and brings experience in production control?

For our customers in Neunkirchen, Siegen, Burbach (Siegerland) we are now looking for shift managers in production, who take over the management in shift operation with commitment and technical know-how.

Your tasks:

• Management and coordination of employees in shift operation
• Planning and monitoring of production processes for compliance with quality and efficiency standards
• Verification of machine and plant availability and troubleshooting in cooperation with technicians
• Documentation of production data and production of shift reports
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards

Your profile:

• Complete technical or commercial training, ideally with further training to master or technician
• Experience in managing teams or in production management
• Technical understanding and organizational talent
• Communication strength, enforcement and sense of responsibility
• readiness to work in shift work
