Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen In this role, you work with the creation and analysis of the IFRS consolidated financial statements and the HGB individual financial statements of Robert Bosch GmbH. In addition, you will begin and discuss technical sections in the appendix and assist in the preparation of the management report and the annual report. Your tasks include the clarification of complex issues according to IFRS and HGB as well as the design of the standards and guidelines for the Bosch Group. You advise the operational units to ensure uniform and regular application of accounting standards. In this position, you secure a transparent, regulatory and high-quality external reporting, strengthen the content of the Annual Report as a means of communication with stakeholders, promote the understanding of complex accounting requirements across the Group and support a uniform application of IFRS standards in all relevant areas. Last but not least, you work closely with auditors, internal service areas (GS) and business areas.

Education: completed studies of Business Administration (Master) with relevant specialist combination experience and know-how: multiannual experience in corporate accounting, auditing or IFRS consulting; deep knowledge in IFRS and HGB; sovereign handling of special accounting topics and new business models; experience in communication with auditors and coordination of group-wide accounting issues; Confidence with SAP systems and common reporting tools to create business reports Personality and working methods: you have enthusiasm for IFRS and financial reporting; you show team skills and stress resistance; It is an affinity for technology and accuracy to ensure the quality of financial reporting. *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 118,000 for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the operational requirements).
