At the Zwiesel site, we are looking for a dedicated HR business partner (m/w/d) in parttime at the next possible time.

As a HR professional, you know that the operating HR work is linked to positive and challenging topics and that's exactly what you are. You are pleased to advise and maintain our leaders in strategic and personal policy issues. You support them in team development and change management processes. You are a personal person (m/w/d) and at the same time you look at the business. Your choices combine heart and mind and you will find optimal solutions for employees and businesses. You accompany the entire onboarding process as well as the care of the employees in a valuable, professional and transparent way. You are responsible for the maintenance and optimization of all administrative processes in the personnel administration and take care of complete documentation. With a large portion of intercultural competence, you contribute significantly to the optimization of HR processes in our environment.

You have a completed study or a commercial training with a personal economic background and have several years of practical experience in the field of HR / People & Culture. In a world of constant change you are a constant and keep our culture in mind. With the support of change processes, you perform sovereignly and appreciate. You have a strong communication strength and your passion is to accompany people and strengthen them in their own responsibility. Your work is characterized by a high level of service and solution orientation and therefore we experience you openly, flexibly and cordially in daily cooperation. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing to communicate effectively and understandably. You like working in the team and bringing your positive energy into cooperation. In order to get along well with us, you also have experiences in SAP HCM and MS Office in addition to good English skills (B2).
