We are looking for you as a reinforcement for our team, which consists of eleven employees with you and is responsible for the structured analysis and evaluation of real estate companies and construction companies. The focus is on real estate projects and property properties. The team is working closely with the market units to fully assess the economic sustainability of financing requests and existing engagements. The focus is on the assessment of business models and projects, the determination of the sustainable capital service and the ongoing monitoring of the customer base assigned to you.

Your tasks – we will inspire you As a senior loan analyst/-initiate, you will presume credit templates to the customers in the field of construction and construction projects that are permanently assigned to you. Test test

In close cooperation with our market areas, you accompany customer engagements through a comprehensive risk assessment. Your focus is on the assessment of real estate projects and property properties, the analysis of microsites and industry developments and the detailed investigation of the economic conditions of borrowers. In addition to the creation of capital services and ratings, you place particular emphasis on the (project) planning for the following years and on ongoing risk monitoring by means of our early warning system.
