Project management and management of cross-departmental projects Setup of projects with coordination of the content and project objectives Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams, which partly include external participants Documentation of the project, introduction of quality criteria for project management Management of project challenges, progress, risks and results according to enterprise standards Preparation and presentation of decision templates, preparation of project reports Stakeholder management and communication outside the project team Project embedding and close cooperation with other roles of the transformation of L-Bank (e.g. process management, change management, product owner) Working on the further development of project management in the company

successfully completed studies with business reference, e.g. with the Department of Economic Engineering, Science, Informatics or Business Administration very good knowledge and multiannual experience in project management Knowledge of process management is advantageous very good computer skills (e.g. MS Office, Jira) thematic, domain- and context-wide thinking conceptual and structured approach communicative personality Resistance and endurance
