Disposition of Europe-wide partial and complete charges Planning and organisation of charter traffic Daily deployment, tour and driver planning for our own truck fleet Direct control and support of our drivers and vehicles Ensuring optimal and economical vehicle utilization taking into account idle travel, service life and meaningful connection traffic Monitoring and consideration of statutory steering and rest periods Operational control for driver and vehicle failures, workshop appointments and short-term plan changes Supporting our customers and reliable handling of freight orders Detection and maintenance of operational indicators Close cooperation with the controlling

Multiannual experience in the disposition of your own truck fleet with own driving staff Experience in the control of drivers and vehicles as well as a good understanding of the special requirements of your own fleet Good basic technical understanding for trucks and the ability to correctly classify vehicle topics in operational everyday life Commercial understanding and safe handling of MRP and Telematics Systems Self-employed and forward-looking work – you recognize challenges early and find practical solutions Clear and binding communication with drivers, customers and colleagues – even if it becomes hectic once in the daily business Organizational talent, flexibility and team skills Embossed customer and service orientation Good English knowledge of word and writing Own initiative and joy in taking responsibility
