Community and profit-driven management together with the commercial managing director Strategic and operational management as well as the further development of the company and its business areas in all technical matters Strategic development of the technical portfolio: infrastructure, vehicles, operation, mobility management Initiation, coordination and control of all upcoming projects in the sense of proactive project management (e.g. transport development North, replacement and refurbishment of buses and trains, innovation projects) Consistent implementation of the philosophy of a sustainable ÖPNV Control of a powerful technical project, investment and innovation management for the modernization and implementation of the digitalisation and decarbonization path Targeted and user-oriented development of digital business processes Leadership and development of your organization - focusing on sustainability, attractiveness and digitalization Direct reporting to the supervisory board and representation of the company to the outside Representative of the company in the relevant transport associations in the technical field (e.g. VBB)

Completed technical engineering studies, supplemented with additional economic qualification, as an alternative based practical knowledge Multiannual leadership experience with results responsibility in the ÖPNV Wide technical know-how from a transport company (supplier-wide) Experience in complex infrastructure project management Know-how on the current topics and challenges of the ÖPNV and joy in shaping the future topics Experiences from planning methods and projects with corresponding citizens Knowledge in the areas of transport, business and service planning Sovereignty in dealing with political, municipal and social stakeholders Experiences with legal regulations (BOStrab, BOKraft etc.) Integre, entrepreneurial personality with conceptual strengths, vision, design strength and high personal standing Strength of negotiation and argumentation Ability to target-oriented employee leadership and motivation, to show design spaces and to convey sensuality Ready for a lasting commitment in Potsdam
