Template Designer – Output Management / Document Management (m/f/d)

Active participation in the digitalization of document processes in the company Independent development, development and maintenance of document templates and text modules in the Output Management System(kwsoft Series M/ - Tonic) Implementation of templates of different complexity, from simple to very demanding Conception and technical implementation of templates in close cooperation with internal departments, teams and the application manager Integration and maintenance of placeholders, metadata and text components as well as their technical support performance of template tests, including the design of test cases and quality assurance Deployment and deployment of templates in different system environments (staging, production) 2nd level support in wireless IT operation: analysis of technical errors, support of corporate communication Coordination of 3rd level support with software manufacturers and external service providers Creation and continuous maintenance of technical manuals and user instructions Implementation of technical optimizations and bug fixes in the document creation process

Complete studies or training in the field of computer science, media informatics, technical documentation, communication or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of output management, document management or template design Experience with output management systems (OMS), ideally M/TEXT, M/TEXT TONIC, M/Workbench or comparable tools Knowledge in document creation, text building and document design Technical understanding of data structures, metadata mapping and XML Basic knowledge of the test concept and the rollout of templates Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, team capacity and safe occurrence in handling specialist areas, IT departments and external service providers
