Completed training as a state-recognized health caregiver / educator / health caregiver / pupils / pupils / pupils Complete study of social education / social work / medical education or Comparative qualification Knowledge of working with people with disabilities and in the family-supporting context Security in the aid plan and in the social education documentation readiness for the 3-layer system Reflectivity, sense of responsibility and clear pedagogical attitude Communication strength in dealing with families, network partners and authorities The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
