Welcome to the old aid of the St. Elisabeth Association!

We offer nursing assistance, care and home care for older and needy persons. We are an integral part of the St. Elisabeth Association, a diaconian institution of child, youth and family aid, integration aid and old aid based in Marburg.

With five fully-stationary facilities, two day care facilities, outpatient housing groups for nursing and dementia patients as well as caring and nursing care, we have a network of graduated assistance and offers at different locations. We can certainly offer you an individually suitable workplace.

Our care facility in Romrod offers 54 seniors a loving, modern and safe home. The manageable size of our facility as well as the divided living areas with 10–12 inhabitants create a family atmosphere that focuses on individual care and personal care.

Through the clear structure of the living areas, we enable high-quality, room-oriented care and at the same time promote a harmonious coexistence, both for our residents and for our team. Short paths, fixed references and respectful coexistence shape everyday life in our institution.

The facility is centrally located in Romrod and offers good access to the city's infrastructure. Shops, medical care and other daily needs are easily accessible and contribute to a high quality of life.

♪ Your job as a senior/sick care worker*in (d/m/w) includes:

• Support in daily tasks
• you carry out basic care independently. Of course, tools are available to you
• In addition, you work with the support staff to maintain and promote the skills of our seniors through complementary offers as long as possible
• As an everyday companion, motivate, promote and maintain the abilities of the residents. They support, accompany and help and are the most important speakers for the residents in everyday life
• Fixed daily routines, resistance, a certain routine, relationship building, trust and sufficient distance are also your tasks.

♪ We offer you in Romrod:

• As a qualified specialist (1-year training) you will be expected to receive a start-up premium of €2,000 (applies to full-time, part-time the premium will be charged proportionally)
• An attractive remuneration according to pay group 3 to 4 of the employment contract guidelines Kurhessen-Waldeck (AVR.KW) for the area of the Diakonischer Werk, which in full time (39 hours) corresponds to a remuneration according to the classification between 2811,58 € and 3305,04 € gross per month
• Supplements for shift, weekend and holiday work as well as standby services
• Annual special payment and additional allowances according to the employment contract guidelines AVR.KW
• 30 days holiday/calender year

• Complete training as a nurse with exams (1 year) or as a nurse without exams
