• As a consultant for credit security company customers (m/w/d) and check backup contracts for the new and existing business with medium and large corporate customers, including consortium loan and collateral pool contracts.
• You check security-relevant regulations in credit contracts and the associated documents, as well as you process credit engagements in security issues and agree with customers, lawyers and other banks.
• They process credit engagements in terms of security rights and conduct correspondence with customers, lawyers and other banks involved.
• They advise our credit analysis and customer units on national and international insurance structures.
• You evaluate and monitor credit security according to internal requirements and guidelines, as well as you enter security rights in the security database.

This will bring you

• Successful degree in economics, law or comparable
• Multiannual professional practice in corporate customer business or credit environment
• Knowledge of credit protection law and familiar with insolvenz- and company law issues
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Very good German in word and writing
