Commercial Project Administrator (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the handling of national and international project-related contracts in close cooperation with project managers. Support the project teams in administrative and organisational tasks, such as the review of goods entry and exits Their close cooperation with commercial and technical project staff as well as the project core team ensures smooth communication. In addition, you help project managers to create and test project documents for completeness As a contact person for internal and external interfaces, you collect and maintain project data in SAP and ensure a contractually compliant cost carrier structure Furthermore, prepare project information and documents for further analyses and create regular project reports as well as deeper evaluations Finally, arrange bookings, check entry invoices for plausibility and prepare pre- and post-calculatory price checks

A successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management or in adjacent topics A good commercial understanding Embossed SAP knowledge as well as good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Good English knowledge of word and writing
