• You ensure the correct processing and management of share-relevant employee data in the IT systems

• As part of the process implementation, you ensure high data quality

• You answer employee queries about our share programs competently and service-oriented

• You create reports, presentations and statistics based on professional data management tools

• You are constantly working on the optimization and further development of existing processes

• You work closely with specialist departments and the global equity team

• You recognize potential problems early and develop proactive solutions

So you convince us:

• training

• You have a completed commercial training – ideally with HR focus – as well as a specialist additional qualification in the field of business management. Alternatively, you bring many years of experience in an administrative HR role

• experiences and knowledge

• You have well-founded knowledge of process management and ideally in payroll, share programs or company pension plans

• You have experience with ticket systems (e.g. People Center) as well as working with HR and SAP systems (e.g. Colorado)

• You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Work

• You work structured, carefully and engaged – with a strong look for detail

• You convince by service orientation and professional communication with different stakeholders

• Language:

• You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation
