Purchasing – Construction & Maintenance (m/f/d)

You are the contact person for purchasing for the development and development of a purchasing strategy for the housing sector – in particular with regard to the procurement of the planning offices and the framework contracts for the operational construction maintenance on site. Thanks to you, the nationwide requirements for the procurement of services of the housing administration are coordinated. As an interface for shopping, you will implement the central needs. You plan the investment and construction maintenance needs in coordination with the customer centers and jointly set up the economic planning of the construction measures. For the procurement projects, you are involved, among other things, in the procurement requirements planning, the compilation of award documents including the collection of offers, the collection and controlling of contracts. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, service trips of about 5 to 20 days per year, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and work is guaranteed

Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) of Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Administration or a comparable qualification.
