We are looking for dedicated nurses who want to actively shape growth to build our new flex team outpatient care.

Our goal is to include new customers in outpatient care, build new tours and develop our locations in the Hanover region. As a staff member in the Flex team, you will first be deployed across the site and especially support where new supply structures are created.

We use different positions. Since the Flex team is set up, various working time models are conceivable. We agree on the specific scope of employment - depending on your possibilities, our needs and the further development of the team.

As soon as new customers have been brought together to complete tours, a fixed connection to an existing facility or an outpatient location can take place, if desired on both sides.

In the Flex team you are part of a new, dynamic workspace. You support people at home in different situations of life and at the same time contribute to building new outpatient services in the Hanover region.

You work independently, get to know different teams, locations and tours and get your expertise right where it is needed.

We don't leave you alone: you get a structured integration, clear contacts and regular further and further training opportunities.

Your tasks

• Recording and supply of new customers in outpatient care
• Working together to build new tours and supply structures
• Cross-site operations within the Hanover region
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to technical standards
• Care planning, documentation and communication with customers, customers, relatives and other stakeholders
• Cooperation with our outpatient teams and executives
• Designing a growing, flexible application area

You start in the Flex team and initially support the development of new customer tours in outpatient care. If complete tours result from new customers, a firm assignment to an existing location or facility can take place in a perspective - if you want and it fits organizationally.

The job share can also develop together in the further course - according to your wishes, the requirements in the flex team and the resulting touring structures.
