Organization and administration of the CAR Secretariat, central contact person function for all administrative questions and decentralized supervision of time data Support for quarterly and annual audits by external auditors:inside, independent processing of individual topics and provision of all relevant documents for auditors:inside Creating weekly payment lists, triggering of payment lists, compiling invoice releases, operating the ticket system and controlling the authorized persons Planning, booking, billing and reprocessing of business trips as well as processing of orders and service orders Planning, organisation, pre- and post-processing of events, workshops and meetings including guest support

completed commercial training, as well as several years of relevant professional experience Safe handling of MS Office and SAP, basic knowledge in accounting and business processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Excellent organizational skills combined with secure time and appointment management and reliable handling of sensitive data High level of independence, flexibility and reliability
