Support throughout the Recruiting Process (Create job alerts, coordinate applications, interviews) Participation in the onboarding organisation of new employees Maintenance and updating of employee data and personal files Support for HR projects and personnel development measures Preparation of evaluations, presentations and reports Working with the planning and implementation of employee events General administrative tasks in the HR day business Bringing your own ideas to improve HR processes

That's what you bring: Current studies in the field of business management, human resources management, economic psychology or comparable Interest in HR topics such as recruiting, personnel development or employee support Structured, reliable operation and organizational design Communication strength and joy in working with people Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Spanish knowledge is welcome, but no need Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Own initiative, willingness to learn and openness for new tasks First practical experiences (e.g. internships or student work) are a plus
