Personnel deployment planning as well as management of their own commercial employees and subcontractors Technical design of RLT components as well as technical clarification and coordination of the construction site with other structures Technical optimization and analysis of existing ventilation and air conditioning systems Self-acquisition and accounting of project orders including accounting, follow-up management and documentation Acquisition, support and construction of new and permanent customers Participation in internal project meetings including preparation of the performance of the individual construction sites Budget responsibility and construction site monitoring with QS Ensuring and promoting occupational safety in all areas Preparation of inventory documents and preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits

Technical training or technical studies, ideally in supply technology, refrigeration technology, ventilation technology or a comparable field of expertise. Alternatively multi-year practical experience. Experience in project management and project management Professional experience in plant engineering ventilation / RLT, climate and cold Knowledge of VOB and DIN standards Self-employed, structured working and communication strength readiness to travel
