In our sales-oriented outbound team, you are responsible for the central appointment of our external service as part of various marketing measures. You are actively in contact with our customers by phone. Efficiently, you provide data in our customer management program. Your personal involvement takes place in Karlsruhe, Wiesbaden and/or digital.

Enthusiasm for the telephone customer contact Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good linguistic expressiveness Sales-oriented thinking and strong communication skills Safe handling of MS Office applications (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel) team spirit, commitment, service orientation and empathy First experience in customer service is desirable, but no need – cross-increasing (m/w/d) are welcome
