For this organization we are looking for committed and motivated candidates (m/w/d). You lead a team in the pay bill both professionally and disciplinary. You ensure that the wage and salary billing is legally, timely and efficient. You optimise existing processes and actively drive digitization in the Payroll area. You run strategic projects in the field of pay billing and HR-IT. You act as a central contact person for internal departments, social security institutions and authorities. You analyze relevant key figures and create meaningful reports for management. You bring travel willingness to manage their team

You have completed your studies (Uni/FH/DH) in the field of business management, human resources management or a comparable qualification. You have well-founded relevant professional experience in pay billing, ideally with leadership experience. You have a strong knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law. You have experience in managing projects as well as dealing with accounting systems. You are convinced by your communication and leadership skills. You communicate very well, are solution-oriented and think in processes.
