Take responsibility: You conduct new and remodelling projects of our group from the beginning to the end - also several parallel. Team Leader: You take the professional leadership of your project team and support your team in further development and qualification. Ensure standards: You ensure that all building and construction requirements are complied with and constantly develop our structural quality standards. Partners control: You coordinate external partners such as architects, specialist engineers and authorities and integrate internal specialist areas to achieve the project objectives. Optimize costs and processes: You optimize processes and costs in your projects and ensure that appointments, budgets and quality standards are complied with. Support awards: You support the tendering and awarding of construction and planning services. Evaluate objects: You carry out technical object assessments (Due Diligence) and check new locations as well as rental properties and rental contract documents on heart and kidneys.

Your educational path: You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering or a comparable qualification. Your experience: You bring at least 6 years of professional experience in a similar function and have ideally already gained first experience in the professional guidance of employees. Your skills: You are safe in handling MS Office and SAP. Business trips in Germany and abroad are self-evident and you have good English skills in word and writing. Your work: You work autonomously, structured and quickly find yourself in new topics. Your profile: You convince by communication strength, negotiation skills and your team skills.
