Your duties As an in-house consultant, you will accompany the strategic development of the Electronic Packaging Business Unit You support business areas and functions in developing strategies, roadmaps and forward-looking initiatives As a Sparring Partner, management advises you on strategic issues along the entire value chain You design, plan and manage strategic projects and prepare sound basis for the management You support the identification, evaluation and implementation of acquisition, participation and growth options In an international and interdisciplinary environment, you work closely with various functions and business units Your profile Successfully completed study of economic, natural or engineering sciences or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience, ideally in a corporate consultancy, a corporate strategy function or an international industrial company experience in project management and interest in strategic issues and business development; M&A knowledge is advantageous Analytical way of thinking, structured way of working and the ability to prepare complex situations according to target groups Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as convincing presentation and communication skills Joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams and a sovereign appearance at different hierarchical levels Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
