Construction Project Manager/ Architect (m/f/d)

Location: Bonn with mobile work

Own control of complex construction projects, including in stock (reconstructions, extensions, modernizations) Operational responsibility for planning, implementation, control and acceptance of technically demanding construction measures Examination and approval of performance directories, plans and structural alternatives including static and constructive solutions Technical guidance and technical control of external planning partners (e.g. architect:innen, Statiker:innen, Fachplaner:innen) and exporting companies Ensuring compliance with all construction, safety and environmental requirements Preparation and management of appointments with authorities and technically demanding stakeholders Complete documentation of the projects, including acceptances, defect management and evaluation of cost, appointment and quality objectives Cooperation in the development of standards, processes and technical guidelines in construction and project management

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual experience in managing complex construction or reconstruction projects, ideally also in existence Knowledge of statics, construction law, VOB and relevant technical regulations and standards Experience in cooperation with licensing authorities and in the management of technical negotiations Designed skills in project management, organisation and coordination Secure handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP ERP High communication strength, enforcement ability and strong team orientation German knowledge (C2 level) in word and writing; English skills (B2 level) are advantageous
