You are responsible for the care, administration and further development of our existing software applications. You analyze faults and errors in the systems as well as their interfaces and coordinate their elimination. You accept requirements and requests for change of the departments and agree to their implementation with our software development team. You coordinate and accompany the introduction of new features, updates and releases. You support users in questions about the applications used. You create and update the documentation of our software solutions.
You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, an education as a specialist in application development or system integration or a comparable qualification. You have at least two years of professional experience in application management, in business analysis or software development, as well as experience in dealing with ERP or document management systems. You understand business processes and commercial relationships and can accommodate, structure and develop suitable solutions together with stakeholders. Ideally, you have knowledge of .NET, SQL databases and interfaces. You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented and have fun working on complex tasks. You are service-oriented and powerful. You have very good German knowledge (C1) in word and writing as well as good English knowledge.
