Schedule and event coordination: Planning and organisation of meetings, workshops and project events

Project support: Close cooperation with project management and independent acquisition of subprojects

Reporting and documentation: Creation of project status reports, presentations and structured project documentation

Communication: Interface function and contact for internal teams and external partners

Controlling & Monitoring: Support for budget tracking and monitoring of project progress

completed commercial training or studies in the field of business, project management or comparable

First professional experience in project assistance, in office management or project environment

Very good knowledge in MS Office, ideal experience with project management tools

Embossed organizational skills, high self-responsibility and communication strength

Good English knowledge of word and writing
