The aim is to implement unique vehicles according to individual customer requirements and to meet the highest quality and luxury requirements. The MANUFAKTUR combines product development, production and project management to efficiently and economically implement customer-specific solutions. These challenges include: Support for day-to-day management and preparation of management appointments, workshops and decision-making

Cooperation in strategic projects of the MANUFAKTUR (e.g. process optimization, digitization, expansion of the individualization business) and independent acquisition of smaller subprojects

Analysis, Evaluation and Processing of Contents (PowerPoint, Excel) for Management Decisions

Support in the development of tools, dashboards and processes in project management

Close cooperation with various interfaces (production, development, quality, sales, design)

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Degree course Economic Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science/Embedded Systems or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Structured, independent and reliable operation

Engagement, team capacity and interest in project management and strategic issues

Analytical way of thinking as well as ability to understand complex facts
