Operation, maintenance, repair and destruction of the state-owned road network in LWL technology of the federal motorways Availability and quality monitoring (KRITIS-relevant communication infrastructure) expert analysis, limitation and evaluation of faults/mistakes in the cable network; Priority after criticality, creation of fault and operational reports Processing of new, refurbishment and extension measures as well as destructive/reconstruction of cable systems in LWL technology assignment of contractors in locality and working procedures; coordination of traffic control/commercial arrangements; Construction site coordination in operation Documentation, inventory data and quality management for LWL cable networks and LWL cable infrastructure

state-tested technician in the field of electrical engineering or master in electrical engineering, each with proven specialization on LWL technology or other comparable expertise, skills and experience Professional experience in operation/maintenance of LWL cable networks including passive LWL infrastructure Knowledge and experience in the application of common rules and laws Class B/BE driving licence Ready to call and use outside the regular working time Very good German knowledge (min. level C1) That would be desirable: Safe handling of IT standard applications and readiness to be incorporated into specialist systems (e.g. GIS, cable database, ticket/maintenance systems) Knowledge of documentation and GIS tools (leading catastrophe, georeferenced specialist data) and safe handling of MS Office Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation High resilience, determination and readiness Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action Happy work in the team
