Since 2011, we have been running a large laundry company, where more than 35 tons of hotel laundry are processed per day. Our company is one of the most modern large-scale laundry facilities in Europe and is one of the leading laundry companies in the German-speaking countries.

Sparring partners for managers in all labour and social insurance issues Active accompaniment of meetings in various areas (e.g. inclusion, occupational safety) incl. Pre- and post-processing Responsibility for recruiting and onboarding processes Conducting job interviews and personnel interviews incl. Pre- and post-processing Analysis and preparation of data and key figures for managers and the parent company Optimization and implementation of personal projects and processes General personal administrative activities As a HR Business Partner, you will report directly to our CEO and support all strategic and operational issues focusing on HR

A completed subject-specific high/high school study of the business administration with a focus on staff or comparable training Multiannual professional experience and comprehensive knowledge of human resources management and labour law Empathy and joy in dealing with people, a high level of service orientation and a proactive way of working A high level of consulting and negotiation skills as well as a pronounced situation-oriented communication capability and a convincing occurrence Teamability, high commitment and absolute discretion Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge of DATEV Lodas and/or Zeus eXperience of advantage Very good German knowledge
