Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wetzlar We are looking for an experienced:n training manager who leads the development and implementation of our comprehensive, global OneCRM training program. This role requires the design and coordination of a versatile training approach, including on-site or online training, web-based training, development of different learning formats, knowledge suggestions and a “Tipp of the Week” initiative. The collaboration with Global Process Ownern and CRM Product Ownern in an agile working environment is essential for content creation. The role also includes performing a “Train the Trainer” program for local on-site training. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in instruction design, technical training, CRM technologies and a deep understanding of the principles of adult learning. As OneCRM Training Manager:in design, implement and manage a versatile global OneCRM training program that uses various training methods such as on-site training, web-based training, small learning suggestions and regular tips and trick updates. They work in an agile setup with Global Process Ownern and CRM Product Ownern to develop accurate and appealing content for training modules. In addition, establish and maintain a robust “Train the Trainer” program to ensure that local trainers are sufficiently prepared to perform on-site training. You continuously update training materials to take into account frequent new feature releases and ensure that users are up-to-date with the latest OneCRM features. In addition, develop and implement methods to measure the effectiveness of the training program and take into account feedback to enable continuous improvements. They lead or coach global and local training networks to ensure consistency in training across different regions and cultures.

Education: completed university studies in pedagogy, business management or a related area; a Master degree is preferred experience and know-how: long-term professional experience in a training role, ideally multiannual specific experience in CRM software training; comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems, preferably with experience in MS Dyn365; proven experience in managing and managing global training programs and coordination with different stakeholders; track record in the design and implementation of effective “Train the Trainer” programs; Experience with various training methods, including on-site, web-based and small learning initiatives Personality and working methods: They have excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to distil complex concepts into easily understandable content; They are able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
