You take responsibility – To take advantage of the opportunities of innovative techniques, check how these can be used in daily business and integrated into our processes in the long term. In this context, you will also consider possible current software as well as the use of modern automation, sensor technology and actuators. Identiated potentials are systematized and further developed by you to check their operational possibilities and then implement them. You process diverse and new tasks – You carry out technical innovation projects and ensure the sustainability of the project results together with the operational area. In addition, you support holistic planning processes. You can work hand in hand with other technical areas and the production and filling sites of the Radeberger Group. In addition, you operate a requirement management of various internal customers for the targeted creation and procurement of holistic digitalization solutions. You work closely with universities to develop existing technology with our requirements on the market You improve our processes – You support the digital transformation of production sites throughout Germany. In addition, you are the first contact person for the technical innovations of the sites and together with them shape the future development. You look closely – you always have a look at the technical, organizational and strategic goals for implementing the digitalization strategy for the Radeberger Group. You will also provide the necessary knowledge transfer with new techniques. You are a team player – you define, conduct, evaluate and drive the pilot projects of our locations together with the individual technical areas as well as adjacent specialist areas. As a multiplier, you are also part of the development of the future training and qualification of our employees

Your training – you have a successfully completed study in the technical, technological or business sector (e.g. Dipl.-Ing. or Master) Your experience – you have already acquired professional experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering and know the interaction of a manufacturing company, in the FCMG environment, ideally in food production/processing. In addition, you will experience the industry 4.0 environment, networked production systems, robotics, driverless transport systems and the use of industrial image processing. Your personality – you are above-average communication and organizational strength. Furthermore, you are characterized by an independent working method and a high degree of self-initiative, enforcement strength and readiness to travel. Your know-how – In addition to very good MS-Office knowledge, you have good knowledge of specific software applications (e.g. SAP S4/HANA, BW/CO/PP) as well as process-related systems such as PLC, MES and process control systems. You will also bring good English language skills for contact with external partners and providers. Your courage – you go new and other ways and actively shape the future. .
