Part-time or full-time – Start now For our measure Assisted Training we are looking for a training companion of trainees in the afternoon area. Your role – more than accompaniment: You are not only contact persons*in – You become a stable reference person for young people on their way to education and work. You accompany individual, strengthen resources and build bridges between participants, companies and educational institutions

Individual support and support for young people during training Development and implementation of funding plans Close cooperation with training companies, network partners and other stakeholders Implementation of single coaching (1:1 assignment) and, where appropriate, Small group offers (max. 6 participants) Support for personal, social and professional challenges Documentation of measures and participation processes Participation in network work and language courses

Qualification (at least one of the following conditions): Teacher, technician or specialist with training examination (AEVO) at least 2 years of professional experience (of which at least 6 months with young people) practical experience in dual training occupations at least 1 year or Completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in: Social education / Social work Medical, rehabilitation or special education

or comparable courses of study with educational focus or State-recognized education (e.g. medical education, youth/heimer education) Additionally required: Knowledge of training and labour market Experience in working with young people in need of support Communication strength, empathy and consulting skills Organisational capacity and independent work Embossed customer orientation in dealing with participants and companies
