Tasks You take over the management of the respective bakery and ensure that production processes work smoothly. You actively work in the Backstube and support your team in the operational daily business. Together with your team, you create service and production plans and ensure quality and timely completion. You keep a close eye on key figures and guide the bakery economically and efficiently. You develop existing products, introduce new ideas into the world of recipes and plan seasonal programs together with your team – from Easter pastries to Christmas products. You ensure a smooth flow of communication between production, shipping and sale. You lead, train and motivate your team and are the first respondent for the employees on site. You control the quality of the baked goods daily and guarantee compliance with all legal hygiene regulations and internal quality standards according to HACCP. Requirements You have completed training as a baker or confectioner, ideally with successfully completed master exam. You bring several years of professional experience into a leading role, for example as a backstube manager, shift manager or post manager.
