This profile brings you as a machine operator (m/w/d) food production:

• Operation, monitoring and control of modern production plants
• Roughening, cleaning and repositioning of machines during production and product changes
• Ensuring a smooth production process while maintaining hygiene, quality and safety requirements (HACCP)
• Monitoring process parameters and documentation of production data (e.g. line reports)
• Implementation of control measurements and simple quality controls
• Working with continuous improvement and optimization measures
• Implementation of simple maintenance and maintenance work

Your job as a machine operator (m/w/d) Food production:

(m/w/d), Maschinenführer (m/w/d), Bäcker (m/w/d), Metzger (m/w/d) or comparable educational path desirable, alternative: cross entry from technical or manufacturing professions welcome

• experience in production, ideally in the food or pharmaceutical industry
• Technical understanding of machinery, equipment and measuring and testing equipment
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance and hygiene regulations
• Self-employed, carelessness and reliable operation
