You develop the IT Workplace strategy and Roadmap and continuously evaluate new Microsoft-365 features to derive concrete measures. You plan, control and implement projects to introduce and optimize Microsoft 365 Services such as SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive. You ensure the stable, secure and performant operation of the workplace platform including patching, update and vulnerability management. You have a degree in (economic) informatics, logistics, economy or a comparable qualification — with experience in IT or Logistics environment. You have completed your studies or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in the IT-Workplace environment incl. Project management. You have profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) as well as experience with Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID. You know hybrid IT architectures (on-premises / cloud) as well as endpoint management and software distribution. You bring knowledge of IT security topics such as Conditional Access, MFA, DLP and Compliance. You have experience with common project management methods (e.g. agil, PRINCE2, PMI) and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps or MS Project. You convince by strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You bring leadership experience, self-responsibility as well as very good German and good English skills.
