Senior Event Marketing Manger (m/w/d)

With your experience and your strategic thinking, you develop effective event experiences along the customer journey – with a clear focus on target achievement, KPI's and measurable successes. Your tasks Strategy & Conception: You develop the strategic orientation of our B2B event formats (including roundtables, networking events) in close coordination with our overall marketing strategy and bear the responsibility for their further development. Project Responsibility & Control: You conduct all phases of our events – from conception to planning to implementation and follow-up – including the definition and analysis of success criteria (KPI's). Success measurement & optimization: You develop a holistic reporting and KPI system to evaluate our events and guide action recommendations for performance support. Budget Planning & Controlling: You take responsibility for budget creation, monitoring and control in the event area. Stakeholder Management: You act as a central contact person for various internal interfaces and ensure a close interconnection. Agency- & service provider control: You coordinate external partners and service providers professionally – from selection to briefing to implementation.

You have a degree with a focus on marketing, communication, event management or a comparative vocational training. You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B event marketing, ideally in a technology-driven or digital environment. You have profound experience in strategic event planning and can demonstrate successes through KPI's and measurable results. You are highly conceptual, aim-oriented and bring a pronounced analytical thinking. You communicate safely at all levels, convince by sovereign stakeholder management and have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented – even under time pressure. You speak German and very good English.
