As part of the national People Development team, you will ensure the conditions for fair and transparent development of employees and executives at ALDI Nord Deutschland. You take over the (further) development, conception, implementation and implementation of assessment and development centers as well as other diagnostic methods and procedures. You have a degree in economic psychology or Economics or comparable. You have very good knowledge of suitability and development diagnostics. You have collected at least three, ideally five years of experience in the personnel and/or executive development of a larger company, or in a management consultancy. You have experience in designing and implementing assessment and development centers, as well as the application of (digital) assessment instruments. You like to work at eye level in the team, think processes strategically (further) and approach critically constructively – but above all solution-oriented – to tasks. You convince by sovereign communication at all hierarchical levels (up to top management) and by analytically structured work. You also feel comfortable in a constantly changing environment. The routined use of all popular MS Office products (especially Excel) and good English skills are of course for you.
