Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are looking for you for the school for nursing professions of the own business life and housing (ELW) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay The ELW of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart supervises and maintains more than 1,500 people in Stuttgart – in eight facilities of long-term stationary care, an outpatient service at several locations, various facilities for catering, several day care, an encounter and in two facilities of the housing emergency aid. The educational centre includes the school for nursing professionals, practical training as well as personnel development, training and quality assurance. You are planning, designing and teaching educational-promoting teaching throughout the course, which is oriented methodically-didacically to knowledge of current educational research You accompany trainees at the learning site After appropriate training, you take over the management of a course, if necessary in the team You prepare exams, perform them and evaluate them You will get the opportunity to focus on your own and to introduce and deepen within the educational centre and school in a variety of topics.

A completed study of nursing pedagogy or medical pedagogy (desired Master's degree) and ideally a completed nursing training You are experienced in methodologically versatile and action-oriented teaching with digital and modern teaching and learning methods You act in a solution-oriented manner, like to introduce themselves and actively promote the further development in the team You are inspiring for training and care and can motivate others You have a high level of empathy and strong communicative skills in dealing with trainees and working in an interdisciplinary team You like to contribute to the development of curriculum, quality development of teaching and the further development of the processes
