Your duties

• Commercial and technical management of rental and WEG objects
• Contact for tenants, owners, craftsmen and service providers
• Collection of offers for maintenance
• Termination and planning of repairs and modernizations
• Completion and verification of service and energy supply contracts
• Implementation and convening of owner meetings and implementation of the decisions taken

Your profile

• Complete vocational training as a real estate businessman and a WEG certification
• Knowledge of how to deal with a settlement software in the real estate administration e.g. DOMUS
• Well-maintained exterior and safe appearance before owners and tenants
• They bring a high degree of responsibility and can work independently
• They are safe to use MS Office and have good PC skills
