Your tasks:

• Subject processing in the area of purchasing or order processing
• Organization and persecution of appointments
• Telephone and written customer support
• Creation of order and delivery documents
• Resolution of the general office organization, such as correspondence, orders, organization of business trips and meetings, travel cost accounting
• Working with internal projects

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable training
• First professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in an industrial company
• Good handling with MS Office, knowledge in SAP of advantage
• Structured, organised and team-oriented work
• Flowing German knowledge and good English skills
