Implementation of personal contact with the tenant's quarter management in several GWW projects Analysis and observation of quarter development Public participation and activation Network and cooperation management Developing and accompanying action concepts Conflict and crisis management Funding and project management Accompanying and co-organising quartier-related events Implementation and support of target group-oriented housing concepts Participation in the selection of candidates in special forms of residence (e.g. community residences, concept procedures) Design of professional public relations in the project Close cooperation with urban offices and social institutions Participation in project concepts (e.g. Bielefelder Modell) Termination, participation and logging of meetings and quarterly projects Support in the Quartier Management Target and Budget Plan Support in negotiations and coordination of all project-related contractual relations Communication with all internal and external project participants as well as participation, preparation and management of discussions Participation in the creation of decision texts and presentations for the Supervisory Board meetings

Complete training in the social field with professional experience or completed training as a real estate businessman/wife with professional experience in the social field or completed university studies in the social science field and professional experience in comparable activity (e.g. urban and regional development, public management, community work) Teamability and reliability Personal resilience and flexibility High commitment and initiative Working under the guidance of certain self-employment High customer and service orientation High social competence, communication, cooperation and moderation capability Strong conflict and conciliation Intercultural competence Knowledge of municipal administrative structures and the social services structure Knowledge in project and funding management Willing to take flexible dates (including evening dates and Saturdays) Target-oriented operation, pronounced cost thinking Professional experience in the real estate industry desirable Interpretation of quarter evaluation possession of the driving licence Class B
