Implementation and further development of a job architecture Documentation, control and optimisation of remuneration processes and implementation of market comparisons and development of remuneration structures (fixed and variable) Analysis and support in establishing reports on Compensation & Benefits Cooperation and possibly management of HR projects on Compensation & Benefits topics in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders Cooperation with employees' bodies and other key stakeholders Further development of Benefits topics as well as support for our employee equity participation program Implementation of compensation analyses in particular in connection with equal pay and further development of our compensation systems and elements (e.g. STI design)
Completed studies (e.g. business management, psychology or other relevant disciplines), ideally with a focus on HR/Personnel relevant professional experience (at least 8 years) in HR Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international company with matrix structure Affinity for figures for evaluation, analysis and preparation of key figures High IT affinity and good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors for compensation (e.g. SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay)
