You take over the tasks of the equality officers in accordance with § 5 LGG NRW You advise and support the services in the case of personal measures, in particular in the case of job advertisements, selection procedures and organisational changes in accordance with LGG NRW You advise employees on issues of equal opportunities and gender equality and accompany information and education You develop concepts and initiate actions, projects and procedures to implement the objectives of equality You maintain the network with internal and external interfaces You participate in the continuation of the Equality Plan and the annual reporting

Complete vocational training in the commercial field, administration or a comparable qualification and ideally a completed bachelor's degree in the field of social, educational, cultural or educational sciences Good knowledge of equality and science policy as well as the current discourses of gender and diversity-related research Ideally professional experience in organisational equality work High level of self-initiative, self-responsibility and sense of responsibility as well as a safe occurrence Excellent communication and cooperation capability, consulting competence and negotiation skills Structured working and the ability to work analytically, strategically and conceptually Safe handling of computer application systems (MS-Office application)
