Place of use: Hamburg

You develop and answer protection needs analyses for different locations and ensure their methodically clean and scalable application On the basis of the analysis results, you derive concrete security measures and define cross-site standards for access systems, video surveillance and structural safeguards As part of the overall project responsibility, you control planning, procurement and implementation and ensure continuous implementation along all phases of the project Due to regular visits on site, you will check conditions, equalize them with the planned measures and take into account location-specific requirements You coordinate internal departments and external service providers and bundle their contributions to a coordinated overall solution At the same time, you monitor budgets, dates and risks and prepare resilient decision bases for overarching bodies

A completed study or a comparable qualification in the technical, safety-relevant or economic environment Multiannual experience in managing complex projects, ideally in the context of infrastructure, construction or security solutions Understanding physical security concepts and technical systems such as access control, video or alarm systems routine in budget management and in dealing with project key figures and risk assessments Ability to quickly capture, structure and implement complex relationships Embossed communication skills, binding appearance and experience in dealing with different stakeholders
