Inhouse Lawyers / Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

Internal and external contact persons for legal issues, in particular in the field of banking law, including general civil law, civil process law, company law, industrial law, trademark law and inheritance law Legal review of contracts and advice on the implementation of new processes and the introduction of new products Assessment of legal changes and legislative and regulatory requirements as well as general legal monitoring Cooperation with external firms

Successfully completed studies in law (1st and 2nd State Exams) Above-average exam notes Careful, structured and independent operation High sense of responsibility and quality as well as team spirit Ability to present complex facts for non-Jurists in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner (simplified) Professional experience of advantage (e.g. as a full lawyer (m/w/d), syndicus attorney (m/w/d), corporate lawyer (m/w/d), lawyer (m/w/d) or comparable), but also professionals are expressly welcome Procurement of Syndicates is desired and supported
