Project Manager in ESG

For over 25 years, the Fund has been a financial link between free intermediaries on the one hand and insurers, investment companies, banks and construction savings banks on the other. To continue to grow with our excellent service and top products, we need your support!

Together with the team, you will start our annual ESG report including climate balance and analyze the results for the assessment of sustainable business practices. You’re puggling and developing ESG-relevant databases (emission factors, supplier information, green glues). You design our decarbonization path in the team to achieve the Science Based Targets and accompany the implementation. You implement and optimise sustainable business processes and work closely with internal departments and external partners. You ensure compliance with our ESG compliance, e.g. Empowering Consumer Directive, Supplier Code of Conduct and Policy Management. You take responsibility for defined areas of ESG reporting and introduce your own ideas. You support material analysis and identify relevant ESG topics for our corporate strategy. You can participate in risk assessments and get your ESG expert targeted.

You have several years of professional experience in the ESG field and have profound knowledge in relevant standards and frameworks (especially VSME). You master the work with ESG metrics and KPIs and have experience in handling ESG data management systems (ideally DNK tool). You think strategically and understand the requirements of sustainable economy as well as regulatory requirements. You bring strong analytical skills, organisational skills and a structured way of working. You have experience in project management and implementation of ESG transformation projects. You are powerful, convincing and actively building a network within the organization. Ideally, you have good English skills.
