Number: MER0003ZGO During assembly at the Düsseldorf plant we build the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. In 4 mounting areas we complete the vehicle from the painted body and put it on the wheels. In the assembly area 1 internal installation, you support the management team as a working student* and help achieve the objectives of the unit payment and quality. These challenges include: Support and assistance of the assembly line in controlling the production processes in the Sprinter production assembly 1 with regard to quality and quantity production
Documenting measures to improve product and production quality with stakeholders
Design and develop concepts and processes (e.g. key figures, organization, processes) taking into account different premises and dependencies
Takeover of smaller subprojects in the field of assembly 1
Preparation of current topics and derivation of measures for masters, business engineers and team leaders to achieve the goal of the field
Promote the exchange of best-practice solutions between areas
Conduct coordination with the supporting areas Quality and Logistics
Developing key figures for assembly with accompanying measures tracking and reporting
Support in documentation and further development of daily reporting in the digital shopfloor of assembly

You preferably study mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or industrial engineering with a technical focus
You are interested in creating independent presentations about the results of your work
You have very good knowledge of the relevant Office tools (teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have good English skills
You work independently, you are engaged and you want to introduce yourself
You have pronounced analytic conceptual skills
