Requirement management: You analyse the needs of our users (public administration, municipal institutions, citizens) and derive concrete pilot projects for “Proof of Concept” solutions. Market scouting and innovation strategy: You track current market and technology trends around AI and identify opportunities for our association communities. “End to End” project management for AI innovations: You accompany innovation processes from the Proof of Concept to the product. Think about the subsequent scaling and sustainable business models. Coordination and communication: You work closely with internal specialist departments, external partners and development teams and coordinate them to ensure a successful implementation of our products. You also design communication and marketing activities for AI solutions to our customers. Advice and moderation: You accompany our customers through joint AI projects and conduct interviews, workshops and testing formats in the context of innovation projects. Internal AI and digitalization projects: At the side of our department management, you take over the control of internal projects for anchoring AI tools and competencies incl. Implementation of workshops and change management formats.

Complete Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering; ideally with focus on AI or Machine Learning Multiannual practical experience in innovation and Project management or consulting with focus on AI and machine learning projects Experience in the management of digital projects, e.g. AI, software, IoT, consulting or cloud services Practical experience in the design, development and implementation of AI solutions Knowledge of processes and challenges in the field of IT services for public administration and experience with AI projects in municipal and/or state institutions Very good and scientifically sound understanding of artificial intelligence regarding theory, technology and practical solutions, ideally in the public sector Routinized handling of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and experience in classical project management Very good knowledge of German and fluent English in word and writing Embossed communication strength incl. Moderation competency as well as ability to understand technical issues and collaborate with different stakeholders
