We are looking for a group management (m/w/d) for the production of sensors for our team at Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis at the site in Waldheim to enable a smooth production process.

You ensure a smooth production process in terms of quality, time accuracy and productivity. You lead the associated employees of the shift team and reports directly to the department management. You work in daily production. You ensure the quality according to applicable requirements. You continuously optimize process and work processes. You develop and qualify the employees.

You have completed technical training. You have advantageously completed a further training which optimally complements your qualification for this position. You ideally have several years of professional experience in the field of production. You bring with them first leadership experience, which is advantageous for the successful exercise of the role. You are a strong team player in communication and implementation. You are ready to work in 2-shift operation. You have good MS Office knowledge. You communicate very well in German – in writing and oral. You have English skills.
